PrimeSTAR HS DNA Polymerase (premix)

Description

A 2X hot-start PCR master mix containing Takaras high-fidelity PrimeSTAR HS DNA polymerase, optimized reaction buffer, and dNTPs. PrimeSTAR HS DNA polymerase has superior proofreading ability due to robust 3 to 5 exonuclease activity. It can efficiently amplify up to 8.5 kb for human genomic DNA targets or up to 22 kb for lambda DNA. Please refer to the User Manual for premix composition.
