Description
PrimeSTAR LongSeq DNA Polymerase, a PCR enzyme developed based on DNA polymerase derived fromThermococcus archaea, has the worlds highest level of specificity and can amplify difficult sequences such as long GC/AT-rich sequences. A 2X premix, it contains all components enzymes, buffers, dNTP mixtures, etc. , does not freeze at 20C, meaning primers and templates can be added to it without thawing. This hot-start PCR enzyme contains a monoclonal antibody that suppresses DNA polymerase activity and 35 exonuclease activity at room temperature. Materials included in this size are sufficient for up to 800 reactions. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only. They may not be used for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, use in humans, therapeutic or diagnostic use, or commercial use of any kind. Our products may not be transferred to third parties, resold, modified for resale, or used to manufacture commercial products or to provide a service to third parties without our prior written approval. Back PrimeSTAR LongSeq DNA Polymerase successfully and accurately amplified human gDNA with a sequence length range from 0.553 kb.PrimeSTAR LongSeq DNA Polymerase achieves high specificity with long templates, which is generally difficult for high-fidelity PCR enzymes. Back PrimeSTAR LongSeq DNA Polymerase enables long-chain amplification of GC-rich and AT-rich templates, which are prone to nonspecific amplification.
