Pseudo RACK1, a peptide, is a PKC agonist with homologous sequences of PKC. Pseudo RACK1 interacts selectively with ?-PKC at an autoregulatory site RACK-binding site and activates it in the absence of PKC activators, following inducing PKC-mediated histone phosphorylation.
