PTEN Stable Knockout MEF Cell Line were established via the 3T9 protocol and the expression of PTEN was knocked out. MEF cells were derived from wild-type mouse with stable expression of PTEN. PTEN Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10 is a tumor suppressor gene and when mutated or deleted have been observed in primary human cancers. The PTEN Stable MEF Cell Line available at abm; Cat. No. T6180 may be used alongside with the PTEN Stable Knockout MEF Cell Line to study PTEN and its association with cancer biology and prognosis.
