pZsGreen1-C1 Vector

Description

pZsGreen1-C1 is a human codon-optimized expression vector that encodes a variant of theZoanthussp. green fluorescent protein, ZsGreen1, which has been engineered for brighter fluorescence and higher expression in mammalian cells. pZsGreen1-C1 allows genes cloned into the multiple cloning site MCS downstream of the ZsGreen1 coding sequence to be expressed as fusions to the C-terminus of the fluorescent protein. The unmodified vector will express ZsGreen1 in mammalian cells. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
