R -Vorbipiprant inhibits PGE2 HY-101952 -induced cAMP production with an IC50 of 22 nM. R -Vorbipiprant exhibits immunomodulatory and anti-angiogenic activities, and ameliorates the collagen-induced arthritis in mice.
