Mature human Flt‑3 Ligand consists of a extracellular domain (ECD) with a cytokine-like domain and a juxtamembrane tether region, a transmembrane segment, and a cytoplasmic tail. Human and mouse Flt‑3 Ligand show cross-species activity.
