Description
EnkiLife provides the Recombinant Mouse PDGFRA (C-Fc) protein, aslo know as Platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha,PDGF-R-alpha,PDGFR-alpha,Alpha platelet-derived growth factor receptor;CD140 antigen-like family member A,Platelet-derived growth factor alpha receptor,CD140a,PDGFRA, which features high purity, high activity, and high stability. It can be applied in scientific research, biopharmaceuticals, and other fields.Purity:Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE;Endotoxin Level:<1 EU/µg as determined by LAL test.;Construction:Recombinant Mouse Platelet-derived Growth Factor Receptor Alpha is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Leu25-Glu524 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.Accession:P26618. Expression Host:Human Cells.Species:Mouse.Predicted Molecular Mass:83.2 KDa. Background:Platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR) are cell surface tyrosine kinase receptors for members of the platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) family. The PDGF family consists of PDGF-A, -B, -C and -D, which form either homo- or heterodimers (PDGF-AA, -AB, -BB, -CC, -DD). The four PDGFs are inactive in their monomeric forms. PDGFs bind to the protein tyrosine kinase receptors PDGF receptor-α and -β. These two receptor isoforms dimerize upon binding the PDGF dimer, leading to three possible receptor combinations, namely -αα, -ββ and -αβ. PDGFRα and PDGFRβ are members of the class III RTK family. Inappropriate PDGFRα and PDGFRβ signaling has been linked to a number of proliferative disorders.
