Selectively isolate and enumerate fecal streptococci using Thermo Scientific™ Remel™ KF Strep Agar (Dehydrated). The medium is supplemented with triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC). In 1961, Kenner formulated KF Strep Agar to detect fecal streptococci in polluted surface waters1.
