REV7/REV3L-IN-1 is a REV7/REV3L interaction inhibitor with an IC50 of 78 ?M, which directly binds to REV7 in nuclear magnetic resonance analyses, and inhibits the reactivation of a reporter plasmid containing an interstrand crosslink ICL in between the promoter and reporter regions.
