RM 49 is the derivative of Mitomycin C HY-13316 . RM 49 exhibits cytotoxicity in SCLC and NSCLC lung cancer cells with IC50 of 0.01-0.5 ?g/mL. RM 49 exhibits high relative antitumor activity in compared with Mitomycin C, Cisplatin HY-17394 , Carboplatin HY-17393 and Doxorubicin HY-15142 .
