Rosuvastatin Calcium reduces the expression of the mature hERG and the interaction of heat shock protein 70 Hsp70 with the hERG protein. Rosuvastatin Calcium effectively lowers low-density lipoprotein LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and C-reactive protein levels.
