SB 225002 is a selective non-peptide CXCR2 inhibitor which suppresses IL-8 induced neutrophil chemotaxis and margination. In addition, SB 225002 reduces MPO activity, IL-1β, MIP-2, and keratinocyte-derived chemokine (KC) levels.
