Description
Developed from a bone-invasive gingival squamous cell carcinoma of a 7-year-old cat. The cells were stably transfected with a plasmid containing a luciferase-YFP fusion construct. Will form tumors in nude mice, and will have marked invasion of regional bone. These cells are a useful in vitro model for head and neck cancer.
