SDH-IN-5 compound 7d is a potent succinate dehydrogenase SDH inhibitor, with an IC50 of 3.293 ?M. SDH-IN-5 is also exhibits antifungal activity, with an EC50 of 0.046 ?g/mL against R. solani.
