Sec6 Antibody B-10 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 Io provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against amino acids 41-270 mapping near the N-terminus of Sec6 of human origin recommended for detection of Sec6 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including canine m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG 1 BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for Sec6 Antibody B-10 for WB applications.
