SeekerTM 3x3 Bundle V1.1

Description

The Seeker 3x3 Bundle V1.1 enables the generation of high-quality Illumina-ready libraries from fresh-frozen tissues to obtain high-resolution spatial transcriptomic information. The kit includes eight Seeker 3 mm x 3 mm tiles and the reagents necessary for RNA hybridization, cDNA synthesis, and cDNA amplification. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only. They may not be used for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, use in humans, therapeutic or diagnostic use, or commercial use of any kind. Our products may not be transferred to third parties, resold, modified for resale, or used to manufacture commercial products or to provide a service to third parties without our prior written approval. Required Products The Seeker Dual Indexing Primer Kit v2 includes the dual indexing primers required for the library preparation portion of the Seeker 3x3 and 10x10 workflows. Each kit contains enough reagents for up to 40 3 mm x 3 mm Seeker tiles or five 10 mm x 10 mm Seeker tiles.
