SH1573 has a strong and selective inhibitory effect on mIDH2 R140Q protein IC50=4.78 nmol/L , and can effectively reduce the production of the carcinogenic metabolite 2-hydroxyglutarate 2-HG in animal models, cell lines, serum and tumors. SH1573 can be used for the study of acute myeloid leukemia AML .
