Description
Mononuclear cells derived from multiple myeloma patients were engrafted into NRG/SCID mouse bone marrow in which tumor cells were derived resulting in SNU MM1393 BM Cells. The cell line is tetraploidy and the proliferation is IL-6 dependent. SNU MM1393 BM cells are highly resistant to bortezomib. The cell line may be used for further research of multiple myeloma.
