Lecithin neutralizes quaternary ammonium compoundsand polysorbate 80 neutralizes phenolic disinfectants, hexachlorophene, formalin and with lecithin ethanol. Collection of samples from areas before and after the treatment with disinfectant evaluates cleaning procedures enenvironmental sanitation.
