ST171 selectively activates Gi/o signaling pathway and inhibits 5-HT1AR-mediated cAMP accumulation without Gs activation and marginal ?-arrestin recruitment. T171 reduces hypersensitivity in chronic neuropathic and inflammatory pain mice model. ST171 can be used for pain research.
