CHO-K1 Cells were transfected with HAVCR2 Lentiviral Vector pLenti-GIII-CMV-GFP-2A-Puro LV710795 to generate the Stable TIM3 Expressing CHO-K1 Cell Line. The cells were selected against puromycin-resistance and display adherent growth property with epithelial morphology. The Stable TIM3 Expressing CHO-K1 Cell Line is also positive for GFP-expression. The cells can be used in studies focusing on HAVCR2 gene and the TIM3 pathway with its interaction with the PD1 pathway. Other applications for the Stable TIM3 Expressing CHO-K1 Cell Line include positive control for western blot or binding assays.
