Description

Superoxide dismutase (SOD) plays a vital role in maintaining the balance between oxidation and antioxidation in organisms. This enzyme scavenges superoxide anion radicals (O₂⁻·) to protect cells from damage. This kit adopts the xanthine oxidase method to detect the activity of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD).
