Sutetinib is an orally active inhibitor for tyrosine kinase, that is associated with tumor growth and angiogenesis, such as VEGFR Ki= 0.009 AAasAasAAmuM for VEGFR-1/2/3 , PDGFR Ki= 0.008 AAasAasAAmuM for PDGFR-?/? and proto-oncogene cKIT.
