T4 DNA Polymerase

Description

T4 DNA Polymerase catalyzes the incorporation of nucleotides into double-stranded DNA in a 53 direction. It possesses a strong 3 5 exonuclease proofreading activity, but does not exhibit 53 exonuclease activity. T4 DNA Polymerase is supplied in 200 mM potassium phosphate pH 6.5 , 1 mM DTT and 50 % glycerol. Cat. # 2040B contains 5 of Cat. # 2040A.
