HEK293 cells were transfected with pcDNA3 plasmid carrying T7-SF2. The transfectants underwent selection with G418 to establish the T7-SF2 Stable HEK293 Cell Line. This cell line is useful to study the role of SF2 in cellular activity relevant in development and/or in tumor progression.
