TaKaRa Ex Premier DNA Polymerase combines the proven performance of Takara Taq polymerase with the proofreading activity of an efficient 3-to-5 exonuclease for high-sensitivity, high-efficiency, and high-success PCR. Ex Premier can be used for long targets up to 30 kb in length human genomic DNA templates . Available in a 2X premixed format that contains all necessary components enzyme, buffer, dNTP mix, a gel-loading dye, and gel-density reagent , simply add your template and primers and run the PCR.
