Description

Monoclonal antibody produced from mouse hybridoma cells against the wild-type bacterial Tet repressor TetR . It can be used for detecting TetR-containing proteins on Western blots, and for testing or screening cell lines expressing the Tet-On Advanced, Tet-Off Advanced, or Tet-Off transactivators. It is not recommended for cell lines expressing the original Tet-On or Tet-tTS proteins. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
