TGFBR2 Stably Over-Expressing C4-B4 Cell Line (C4-2B–RII)

C4-2B-RII cells were generated to over-express TGFBR2 RII through lentivirally transduction. Overexpression was confirmed through Western blot. This cell line is suitable for prostaste cancer related research. The C4-2BRII cell line is a valuable tool for researchers studying the TGF-beta signaling pathway, particularly in the context of cancer research.
