Troponin I-C Antibody C5 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2b provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against free human cardiac Troponin and/or native Troponin complex, with epitope mapping to amino acids 186-192 recommended for detection of Troponin I, cardiac muscle of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and IHC P ; may cross-react with skeletal muscle Troponin I See Troponin I E-9 : sc-365446 for Troponin I-C antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor A 488, 594, 647, 680 and 790. At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for Troponin I-C Antibody C5 . This work is in progress.
