tRNA-derived small RNAs tsRNAs are dysregulated in cancer. Specfically, ts-46 is down-regulated in chronic lymphocytic leukemia and lung cancer. The knockout cell lines model features a knockout of ts-46 in HEK293 cells using CRISPR Cas9 and sorted through limiting dilutions to obtain a single isolate cell clone.
