Description

Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 compound 14 is a dual PARP-Tubulin inhibitor. Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 inhibits PARP1, PARP2, and tubulin activity with IC50 values of 74?nM, 109?nM, and 1.4?AAasAasAAmuM, respectively. Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 induces apoptosis as well as autophagy. Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 causes cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase.
