Description

Sterile alpha motif and HD domain-containing protein 1 SAMHD1 is a deoxynucleoside triphosphohydrolase dNTPase with a nuclear localization signal NLS . This cell line is one of three cell lines expressing either the wild-type SAMHD1 or the mutant variants: defective in dNTPase activity HD/RN or nuclear localization mNLS . This cell line is defective of dNTPase activity. These cell lines are suitable for studies investigating the role and mechanisms of SAMHD1 in suppressing innate immunity.
