UCM710 is an endocannabinoid eCB hydrolysis inhibitor that increases the levels of N-arachidonoyl ethanolamine and 2-arachidonoylglycerol in neurons. UCM710 inhibits fatty acid amide hydrolase and ?/?-hydrolase domain 6, but not monoacylglycerol lipase.
