Description
It is a Comb like MIC determination strip, made up of inert material carrying porous material at the edges which is impregnated with 7 two fold dilutions of Vancomycin in concentration gradient of 0.5mcg/ml to 32 mcg/ml in descending order from top of the strip similarly 7 two fold dilutions of Teicoplanin in concentration gradient of 0.5mcg/ml to 32 mcg/ml in decending order from the bottom of the strip. Towards the stem of the strip MIC reading scale is printed along with symbol VAN at the top of the strip and TEI at the bottom of the strip.
