Description
Wulfenioidin F is a diterpenoid, that can be isolated from the whole plant of Orthosiphon wulfenioides. Wulfenioidin F exhibits activity against Zika virus ZIKV with an EC50 of 8.07 ?M. Wulfenioidin F interferes with the replication of the ZIKV by inhibiting the expression of the ZIKV envelope E protein.
