Yoda2 KC289 is the potassium salt of Yoda1 HY-18723 . Yoda2 is an agonist of PIEZO1 with an EC50 of 150 nM. Yoda2 evokes Ca2+ elevation in HeLa cells. Yoda2 can cause concentration-dependent and NO-dependent relaxation in mouse portal vein EC50 = 1.2 ?M . Yoda2 can stimulate NOS3 and NO production.
