Description
ZIKV-IN-1 is a potent zika virus inhibitor with an EC50 of 2.8 ?M and EC90 of 6.8 ?M. ZIKV-IN-1 shows anti-ZIKV activity with low cytotoxicity. ZIKV-IN-1 shows a strong affinity to ZIKV RdRp domain. ZIKV-IN-1 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition CuAAc with molecules containing Azide groups.
